NIA introduces Go4Life Exercise and Physical Activity CampaignIntroducing Go4Life, the new exercise and physical activity campaign from the National Institute on Aging!Dana Alliance for Brain Initiatives — "Staying Sharp" DVDThe Dana Alliance for Brain Initiatives, develops public education materials about the brain and brain health. One of their projects is "Staying Sharp," a DVD program that offers insight from neuroscience experts on how the brain changes with age, when to be concerned about memory loss, age-related diseases and disorders of the brain (particularly Alzheimer's Disease), and the science behind the brain healthy lifestyle that may help us "stay sharp." The Dana Alliance distributes this 30-minute DVD program free to seniors centers, libraries, and other organizations across the country who share the information with their visitors and patrons.
