AARP Resume Kit

"As we have been going around the country participating in our Career Fairs, we found that so many of the age 45+ folks have resumes that don't nearly convey the wonderful accomplishments and experience they have acquired over the years.   Recognizing that the resume is usually their first, formal introduction to a potential employer, we have really tried to provide focused assistance and guidance in how to make this document reflect, in a concise way, how much they can bring to a company."

Patrick-Murray Administration to Launch Webpage for Available Boards and Commissions

Friends,
One of the best and most lasting ways to engage with state government is to join on of over 700 Boards and Commissions in the Commonwealth.   The development of a website about vacancies on Boards and Commissions marks a major step in making the process more open and increasing participation from all sectors.   I hope you will take a look at positions that might interest you or share it with colleagues and neighbors.
